Der große Ost/Süd Balkon 5,40m x 2,50m, mit Blick auf den anschließenden Wohnmobilcampingplatz, bietet genügend Platz zum Entspannen. Sie können 2 große Türen zum Balkon öffnen. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegennetzen versehen. Sie werden morgens von der Sonne geweckt.
Das Haus ist hell und freundlich. Es wurde geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen extra Schlafraum mit Etagenbetten.
Traumhaft schön, ist das kleine Badezimmer, mit toller Dusche und Designer Waschbecken mit Wasserfallarmatur.
Eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und Spüle. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind vorhanden.
Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über die große Terrasse des angrenzenden Restaurants.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Segel- und Tauchschule.
Der Edersee Radweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Ferienhaus ist nicht mit dem Hauptbetrieb verbunden. Es handelt sich hier um ein alleinstehendes Haus. Die Leistungen von einem Pensionsbetrieb sind hier nicht inklusive. Zu bestimmten Zeiten, speziell in der Nebensaison findet kein Restaurantbetrieb statt.

Die Stadt Waldeck erhebt Kurtaxe in Höhe von 1,-€ pro Person.Diese ist in Bar beim einchecken zu entrichten.

This pretty wooden vacation home is located behind the main house.

The large east/south balcony 5.40m x 2.50m, overlooking the adjacent RV campground, offers plenty of space to relax. You can open 2 large doors to the balcony. All windows are equipped with fly nets. You will be woken up by the sun in the morning.
The house is bright and friendly. It has been tastefully furnished and has an extra bedroom with bunk beds.
Dreamlike, is the small bathroom, with great shower and designer sink with waterfall faucet.
A small kitchen with refrigerator, 2 hotplates, microwave and sink. Crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
Access to the house is through the large terrace of the adjacent restaurant.

The vacation house is centrally located on the lakeside promenade.
In the immediate vicinity is a sailing and diving school.
The Edersee cycle path passes directly by the house.
A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation house is not connected with the main farm. It is a stand-alone house. The services of a guesthouse are not included here. At certain times, especially in the low season, there is no restaurant service.

The city of Waldeck charges a visitor's tax of 1,-€ per person, which has to be paid in cash at check-in.
