Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauptgebäudes. Treppensteigen ist erfordelich.

Sie besteht aus einem Wohn/Schlafraum mit einem Boxspringbett. In der kleinen smarten Küche, befindet sich ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Die Küche ist für kleinere Zubereitungen ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung kann z.Zt. mit maximal 2 Personen belegt werden. Für größere Familien besteht die Möglichkeit, ein angrenzendes Zimmer mit eigener Dusche hinzu zu buchen, womit sich die Personenzahl auf maximal 4 erhöhen würde.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral an der Uferpromenade. 
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Segel- und Tauchschule.
Der Edersee Radweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine Ferienwohnung. Die Leistungen von einem Pensionsbetrieb sind hier nicht inklusive. Zu bestimmten Zeiten, speziell in der Nebensaison findet kein Restaurantbetrieb statt.

Die Stadt Waldeck erhebt Kurtaxe in Höhe von 1,-€ pro Person. Diese ist in Bar beim einchecken zu entrichten.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the main building. Climbing stairs is necessary.

It consists of a living/bedroom with a box spring bed. In the small smart kitchen, there is a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped for small preparations. The apartment can currently be occupied by a maximum of 2 people. For larger families there is the possibility to add an adjoining room with its own shower, which would increase the number of persons to a maximum of 4.

This is a small vacation apartment. The services of a pension are not included here. At certain times, especially in the off-season, there is no restaurant service.

The city of Waldeck charges a visitor's tax of 1,-€ per person. This is to be paid in cash at check-in.
